How to Tell Us Something Went Wrong

Last updated: October 2026

Perhaps the information you received was unclear, or a provider interaction left you concerned. Igirlme Septic wants homeowners who contact us to receive fair, honest treatment. Please tell us when something goes wrong. This page describes how to submit a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Raise

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience reaching Igirlme Septic by phone or another contact method
  • The handling of your personal information
  • Website information you consider confusing or incorrect
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

When the Concern Involves a Provider

Providers in our network operate independent businesses and are responsible for their quotes, pricing, work and customer service. For problems with septic, sewer line or plumbing work, raising the issue with the provider is usually the first step. Keep a written record of those discussions.

Please tell us about the problem as well. Your feedback supports honesty within our network. Providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. However, Igirlme Septic cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on the provider's behalf.

Details to Send

Email contact@igirlme.space with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you dialed or the form you submitted, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • An explanation of what happened and the action you would like from us

How We Handle the Message

We will send an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will examine what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Requesting Another Look

If our response does not address your concern to your satisfaction, reply to request another review. You can also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state licensing board or local health department may also help with concerns involving licensed plumbing or septic contractors.

Where to Reach Us
